Do you want to discover all the potential of Animal-Assisted Interventions and turn your passion for animals into a real job? The first step to take is to participate in an Introductory Course in Animal-Assisted Interventions like the one we will hold in collaboration with ForModena and Azienda Agricola Villa Forni at our facilities from Friday, July 14th to Sunday, July 16th.

If you are an aspiring animal co-therapist, an experienced veterinarian in AAI, an activity manager, an intervention coordinator, a project manager, or simply interested in these topics, the introductory course will be an excellent opportunity to acquire basic knowledge about AAI and the human-animal relationship, regulations, and the contents of the Guidelines, as well as the division of roles and responsibilities of the figures involved. The theme of animal welfare will not be overlooked, and it will be a wonderful opportunity to directly experience some AAI practices.

Entry requirements

Fulfillment of the right and duty to education and training. Participation of 20 recipients per edition is planned. Selection will only be carried out if the number of candidates meeting the requirements exceeds the available slots. In such cases, priority will be given based on the order of application.

Certificate issued

At the end of the course and upon passing the learning assessment, a certificate of attendance is issued. To be eligible for the final assessment, it is necessary to have attended at least 90% of the scheduled hours. The propaedeutic course is required to access all the training courses provided for working in AAI.
